Barrett Spraggins is an associate of B&O with experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the technical fields of analog and digital circuit design, computer hardware and software, database design, data communication networks, display technologies, electrical circuits, medical devices, memory, microprocessors, networks and enterprise systems, semiconductor fabrication, storage systems, telecommunications, wireless communications, and many others. Mr. Spraggins has also represented clients on other intellectual property matters including trademarks, copyrights, patent litigation, and licensing and contractual matters. Barrett received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, where he was an Executive Editor for the Florida State Business Law Review and a staff member of the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law. Barrett is registered to practice in Texas and the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
