Brandon Kennedy

Brandon Kennedy is an associate with B&O concentrating on patent portfolio development. Brandon has served in private practice since 2006. Brandon received his law degree from the University of Oklahoma where he served as editor-in-chief of the Oklahoma Journal of Law and Technology. Brandon received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Oklahoma Christian University where he primarily studied the technical fields of digital signal processing and electronics. Brandon’s legal experience includes patent preparation and prosecution. Representative experience includes:

  • Patent application development in the technical fields of data communications networks and network security, including variable dynamic throttling of network traffic for intrusion prevention.
  • Patent application development in the technical field of next generation media creation and delivery systems, including ad hoc, rules-based modification and distribution of digital media products.
  • Patent application development in the technical field of data communications among large blade server installations, including administration of HyperTransport links among blade servers.
