• Lead counsel for administration of foreign associates in complex patent application prosecution abroad in England, Russia, Germany, India, Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and other foreign countries.
• Lead counsel on development and negotiation of contracts totaling billions of dollars for industrial plant design performed in the U.S. and England, materials procurement from sources all over the world, and construction primarily within the Middle East for such facilities as refinery units, gas-oil separation plants, subsea pipelines and on-shore pipelines, subsea well-head templates, and offshore well-head platforms.
  
• Successfully drafted and negotiated as lead counsel complex consortia agreements for a $300 million project for design, procurement, fabrication, construction and installation of combustion gas electric power generation facility at Qurrayah, Saudi Arabia.
