While we have significant litigation experience, B&O realizes that most issues are won or lost prior to initiating litigation. Our experience allows us to provide our clients with strategic advice early, so that we often avoid litigation entirely. • Lead counsel in total recovery from theft trade secrets related to a database for administration of an offshore oil field in the Arabian Gulf.
• Lead counsel in a successful arbitration under Islamic law of complex delay claims and extra work claims referred by a Dutch pipeline contractor in connection with construction of a gas pipeline 500 miles in length across the Arabian subcontinent.
