B&O develops patent portfolios for the most sophisticated patent clients in the world practicing in cutting-edge technology. B&O helps clients intentionally and proactively invent what they need to patent, rather than merely waiting to patent what may be invented in the normal course of technology development. B&O typically has about a thousand patent applications in various stages of development. Examples of some of our recent patent-related experience include:

• B&O implemented comprehensive patent strategies for massively parallel supercomputers, in particular for the fastest computer architecture in the world, with installations representing the fastest computer in the world and nine of the 25 fastest computers in the world.
